The two-chair clinic is thriving as a preferred provider to major health funds, and is now looking for a Dentist —either full-time or part-time—to support its busy book and help expand services from four to five days per week. Practice Highlights Established & Community-Focused: serving Kinross since 2018 in modern, purpose-built premises Advanced Technology: iTero digital scanners, OPG, CBCT, digital X-rays, EMS Airflow® cleaning system and Invisalign capability Busy Patient Roster: two dentists currently fully booked; plenty of new and returning patients seeking care Growth Mindset: no formal marketing yet—plenty of scope to shape promotion and build your own patient base Collaborative Culture: principal dentist Dr Mitu offers mentorship in implantology, oral surgery, extractions, RCT and emergency care Role & Roster Full-Time: four full days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday) Part-Time: flexible arrangements on any of these core days Future opportunity to add a fifth day as patient demand grows Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive general dentistry and specialty care, including: Preventive Care: examinations, cleanings, oral cancer screenings, sealants Restorative: composite fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures Endodontics & Oral Surgery: root canal therapy, extractions, implant placement assistance Cosmetic Treatments: veneers, bonding, teeth whitening, Invisalign aligner planning Periodontal Therapy: scaling, root planing, TMJ therapy Ensure meticulous infection-control, clinical documentation and patient communication Collaborate with the Principal Dentist and the support team to maintain seamless patient journeys About You AHPRA-registered Dentist with at least two years’ Australian clinical experience Proficient across a broad scope of procedures and eager to develop further in implantology and surgery Strong communicator with a patient-focused, compassionate approach Committed to a long-term role and interested in practice growth and leadership Bilingual abilities (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) highly regarded for our diverse patient base What Our Client Offers Flexible engagement: choose full-time or part-time hours on core clinic days Structured mentorship: hands-on guidance from a principal dentist experienced in implants and surgical care State-of-the-art facilities: cutting-edge equipment in a supportive, friendly team environment Career growth: influence marketing strategy, expand clinic days and build your own loyal patient roster Competitive remuneration: base salary plus performance incentives or retainer (to be finalised within three months) Work–life balance: predictable roster in a desirable coastal Perth suburb How to Apply: If you are passionate about providing top-notch dental care and are excited about this opportunity, we want to hear from you.
